Butterfly rose corner

Posted by Marie Smith on

This 14,5 cm tri-fold card with rose corner and butterfly was inspired by a card seen on the blog cre8nart.

I used a velvety soft finish cardstock, available online, that die cuts perfectly. Two pieces of cardstock, 29x14,5 cm were used, each scored on 14,5cm. After folding, they were adhered to each other, overlapping one panel, to form a tri-fold card. (The effect is that the middle section is a double layer, but it produces a neat result when viewed from all sides - no untidy seams.)

The front was created using the Tattered Lace rose corner die. The corner element was cut twice so that one could be used on the inside. Then I placed the die-cut corner on the front and lightly marked the position with pencil. The border wa fussy cut to provide an open background for the beautiful die cuts.

The corner piece was adhered in position.A butterfly from the butterflies set was attached to the rose corner.

The floral background comes from the Tattered Lace Click, print and cut range (issue 12)

I came to your Butterfly rose corner – The Purple Magnolia page and noticed you could have a lot more hits. I have found that the key to running a popular website is making sure the visitors you are getting are interested in your subject matter. There is a company that you can get keyword targeted visitors from and they let you try their service for free for 7 days. I managed to get over 300 targeted visitors to day to my website. http://v-doc.co/nm/txxrz
